Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.

Life doesn’t come with a pause button—but we can learn to slow down internally, even when things feel chaotic around us. I help clients recognise their stress responses, understand what’s happening in their nervous system, and develop personalised tools to manage stress and emotional overload. Through a coaching lens, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface to gain clarity on challenges and inner patterns. Together, we create a safe and confidential space to build awareness, resilience, and the capacity to feel more grounded in day-to-day life.

I'm passionate about helping people unlock their full potential and create lives that feel purposeful, empowered, and aligned with what truly matters to them. I especially enjoy supporting people through the many transitions and stages life brings—whether it’s career changes, personal growth, parenting challenges, or shifting priorities—helping them navigate these moments with confidence and clarity.

I have a particular interest in Stress Management and Ontological Coaching, which explores how our thoughts, emotions, language, and body shape the way we experience the world—and the choices we make within it. My work often includes supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems to enhance emotional wellbeing and inner stability.

​

Before becoming a coach, I held senior roles across government, health, Indigenous affairs, pharmaceuticals, and stakeholder engagement. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the complexity of modern work and life—and allows me to bring both empathy and practical support to the people I work with.

​

Without a doubt, my most meaningful role has been being a mother to three incredible children. The journey through childhood, teenage years, and the transition from a full-time career to full-time parenting has shaped me in profound ways. It’s taught me the value of presence, adaptability, and emotional resilience—qualities I bring into my coaching every day.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me at the beach, doing Pilates, travelling, or enjoying time with my family and our two fabulous Groodles.
